Why Palindrome?

My mission is to teach clients proper form, have confidence, make educated food choices and the skills necessary to feel confident exercising and being physically active on their OWN. Teach a man to fish kinda thing, ya feel? Train with me, learn what you need to know and have confidence to go out on your own.

Getting to know the whole person is a crucial part of Palindrome Fitness. Your lifestyle – sleep, hobbies, work, relationships, etc – all play an integral role in your health. At Palindrome Fitness you won’t just come in and workout. Expect to exercise, talk about your nutrition, learn how to establish new habits and become aware of what isn’t serving you – aka what’s keeping you from achieving your goals. 

Everyone has a different starting point but step one is always establishing a solid foundation – learning proper form, correcting imbalances, and learning how to connect with your body. This is crucial because without a solid foundation your house will crumble and who wants that?

In-Person:

Get to experience the Studio! The Studio is a part of my home so my clients are like family. Our relationship is more than just “Go lift weights” it’s “How’s your day been?” or “How’s your headspace?” because our mental state determines so much of what happens in the physical state. If you want to change your body then you must also change your mind.

Online Coaching+:

We may not get to see each other everyday or week but you’ll have an opportunity to fill me in on how your week has been + how you’re doing during our weekly check-in.

Hybrid Coaching:

Get to experience the Studio and online coaching! This is a great option for intermediate/advanced clients who feel confident following a program on their own but still want to experience in-person training. If time is a constraint this allows you to have more flexibility with your schedule.

I’m Hannah

Hi! I’m a fitness fanatic, lover of delicious food, adventure and travel seeker, nerd and a forever student. I grew up active, playing sports, climbing trees, constantly moving. I am fasciated by the human body and everything we are capable of. It is my desire to teach others how to use + fuel their bodies so they can do the things they love.
