1-on-1 Personal Training

Get to workout in The Studio. Training program will be based off of the clients goals. This may be strength gains, fat loss, muscle growth, mobility improvements, etc. Your current level of fitness and your preferred style of training will determine what style of training we perform. Expect to build a foundation of all crucial movements with and emphasis on form and corrective exercise. Nutrition, habits, lifestyle and mindset will be discussed during every session.

Online Coaching+

Online coaching+ allows us to work together no matter the distance. Learn the habits + skills to shape your body, mind + soul. You’ll receive access to the Palindrome Fitness App, custom workout program, personalized macronutrients, habit tracking and a weekly check in for accountability and to track progress.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid training is a combination of in-person training + online coaching. This is an excellent choice for those with training experience but need structure with their programming or if the constraint of time doesn’t allow for consistent in-person training. Experience structure, accountability + as much hands on training that works best for you.
