Dread the early morning workout or feel like you’re dragging through your afternoon/evening workout?

Does this sound like you? Well let me tell ya, you aren’t alone. A scoop of pre-workout just might be your saving grace. But what is pre-workout?

Pre-workout is a supplement containing stimulants (generally), vitamins, electrolytes + nootropic ingredients.

What does it do?

-Gives you energy

-Increase mental focus + alertness

-Increase training volume

-Increase lean body mass

Considerations:

-Most contain stimulants. If you are sensitive to caffeine or take pre-workout too late in the day it may have a negative effect on your sleep

-Not all pre-workout is created equal – there are plenty of supplement companies out there that don’t make quality products. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I go through phases of using pre-workout but generally stick to using MegaWatt. It gives me a good boost for my workout + helps keep me focused.

If you’re dreading going to get your workout because you’re exhausted from your day or you feel like you can’t push any harder during your sessions it might be time to give pre-workout a shot.
